Installed Training Facilities
Kirila Fire training systems offer clients the opportunity to create a perfect training environment unique to their specific requirements. Every design reflects our commitment to exceed expectations and deliver solutions that are focused on safety, quality, and effective realistic training scenarios. What sets us apart is our comprehensive approach that spans from the initial design phase to the execution of testing and validation. The company’s in-house capabilities eliminate the need to rely on subcontractors and has proven to be the very best way to create work schedules, control production, ensure quality, and deliver on time.
Design
The design phase begins with a thorough consultation with you. We will discuss your needs and vision, to ensure an understanding of the type of training system you require. Our expert design team will then craft a detailed design based on your specifications. Every design is fully approved and authorized by you before manufacturing begins.
Planning
Upon receiving your approval for the new design, we transition into the planning stage. This involves outlining a timeline and aligning it with your schedule. Regular updates will ensure you are always informed and involved in the progress of your project, from design and fabrication, to installation. Every client is welcome to visit the manufacturing plant in Fowler, Ohio during the manufacturing process, the perfect time to make any changes if desired.
Installation
From laying the groundwork, assembling the trainer, installing utilities, and conducting thorough safety checks, our team conducts comprehensive on-site installations across the globe. With a keen eye for detail, our team ensures your custom training facility comes to life exactly as envisioned.
Testing & Validation
Quality and safety are paramount. Every training system we install is thoroughly tested and validated to meet applicable FAA, NFPA, and DoD and OSHA safety standards and codes. We do not consider our job complete until your new training system is operating at peak performance, and your team can effectively use it for training.
